Technical/Functional Skills • Hands-on experience operating and maintaining softgoods fabrication equipment, including: o Cutting machines o Bonding / lamination equipment o Sewing machines o Heat presses / forming tools • Strong understanding of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance • Ability to troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues quickly • Working knowledge of softgoods materials such as textiles, microfibers, silicone, and adhesives Roles & Responsibilities • Support machine setup and configuration based on tooling and CAD inputs • Ensure machines are tuned for material type, thickness, and construction method • Execute builds in collaboration with prototype assemblers and tooling engineers • Troubleshoot machine-related issues impacting build quality or cycle time • Support scaling of builds from: o Early prototypes o Pre factory readiness phases • Provide feedback on process optimization and manufacturability constraints Factory & Scale Up Support • Support build documentation, process stabilization, and handoff readiness • Assist in transitioning learnings to factory or satellite production teams Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills • Committed to meeting stringent deadlines • Proactive driven and result oriented • Ability to find solutions with network Must Have • Soft goods Prototype Development, maintaining softgoods fabrication equipment Textile, Silicone Prototyping, Polymer Prototyping, Design for Manufacturability (DFM ) Prototyping, Sewing machines, Validation Testing and NPI / New Product Introduction, manufacturability constraints, textiles, microfibers, silicone, and adhesives machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Salary Range: $63,400-$65,000 a year #LI-AS3
