Come work with multidisciplinary engineers focused on delivering world class Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE). You will be responsible for the designs solutions that support the Organization. As an Engineer, you will work with a diverse work force responsible for the development, design, fabrication, test, and delivery of MGSE. Job responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform detailed structural sizing and material/component selection, supporting design studies to optimize structures and meet program requirements.
- Develop and validate high fidelity FEM models (meshing strategy, material definition, boundary conditions), as well as hand calculations through Roark, Niu, Bruhn, etc.
- Perform load case generation and factor of safety assessment for critical structures.
- Generating stress analysis technical memorandums and reports to support data packages, peer reviews, and external customer reviews.

The ideal candidate will have good communications skills (both oral and written) and a background in Mechanical Engineering processes. A willingness to travel is required.

Considered experienced, but still a learner.
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals including structures, mechanisms, materials and analysis
- Experience with Finite Element Modeling using NX NASTRAN or equivalent (such as FEMAP, etc.)
- Knowledge and applicable experience to aerospace programs such as aircraft, UAV, missile, or space platforms.
- Experience performing classical hand calculations and mechanical joint analyses.
- Candidate must have the ability to work in an environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules.
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance- Masters degree in a structural analysis focused discipline.
- Mechanisms, antenna, electronic component, ground support, hoisting, and test support equipment, and composite materials analysis experience
- Experience with MATLAB
- Static, vibration, acoustic, modal, shock test experience of aerospace hardware
- Knowledge of how to apply new and advanced analytical techniques necessary to perform structural analysis
- Ability to communicate highly technical content to any level of audience
- Ability to work in a collaborative and highly integrated team environment
- Ability and desire to assume ownership of tasks and drive to closure quickly and efficiently
