Director of Terminal Infrastructure & Maintenance

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise, a passion for building high-performing teams, and a track record of managing large budgets and mission-critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Own:

• Oversight of all terminal maintenance and engineering operations, including facilities, equipment, systems, and infrastructure

• Full accountability for a nine-figure budget, including forecasting, capital planning, and cost control

• Management and mentorship of internal teams and contracted partners—developing talent, improving processes, and driving accountability

• Implementation of preventive maintenance and reliability programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life

• Contract negotiation and vendor management for critical repair and service providers

• Compliance leadership across safety, labor relations, and environmental standards

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading maintenance and engineering at a high-volume terminal or logistics hub

• Demonstrated success managing $100M+ budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components

• Background in labor relations, including vendor oversight and contract enforcement

• Passion for developing people—teaching, coaching, and building strong operational teams

• High comfort level in fast-paced, 24/7 environments
