Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and disposition production non-conformances, including root cause analysis
Apply Boeing design and engineering principles to resolve product, process, and quality issues
Identify, document, and communicate deviations impacting safety or design intent
Drive product/process improvements and support IPTs and design reviews
Represent engineering across build, production, and post-production phases
Ensure supplier and partner compliance with Boeing standards
Support repairs, investigations, and technical resolutions (including structural analysis and modifications)
Develop customer communications and maintenance guidance
Create non-destructive testing procedures, tools, and standards

Skills and Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited (or equivalent) program
Experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (mid-level equivalent)
Current or recent BCA MRB experience
