Product Design Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and engineering sector, is seeking a Product Design Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Product Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting product development and design initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Location: York, Pennsylvania

Pay Range: $75000 - $120000

What's the Job?

• Design and develop new products based on client specifications and market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and durability
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing processes
• Continuously improve existing product designs for efficiency and innovation

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in product design and development within an engineering environment
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
