We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Survey Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing fieldwork data and producing detailed survey drawings. This role requires the ability to process field crew survey data, maintain project point database files, prepare title surveys, and revise or modify drawings as needed. Additional duties include drafting topographic surveys from collected data following standard protocols and preparing documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D to support various survey types such as ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and tree surveys. Candidates must adhere to established CAD standards. This is a long-term, in-office position. Reliable transportation is required. Compensation will be based on experience. Responsibilities: Prepare CAD drawings for multiple concurrent projects, including boundary, topographic, land title surveys, plats/replats, and metes and bounds descriptions Perform staking calculations for construction projects Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience drafting surveys within the surveying industry Strong experience in boundary resolution, legal descriptions, and plat creation Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques Knowledge of CAD standards and related software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Strong math skills, including algebra and trigonometry Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Employment Details: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In-person
