Job Description Join our team as an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, where you will engage in moderately complex to complex processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will play a critical role in the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials, ensuring compliance with procedures and batch records. Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to procedures and batch records.
- Maintain routine upkeep and cleaning of equipment.
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment efficiently.
- Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.
- Support internal operations, including stocking items, tracking inventory, and managing material movement.
- Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
- Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.
- Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.
- Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.
- Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Reliable work history and flexibility with work hours.
- Prior packaging experience in a regulated setting is a significant advantage.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-motivation.
- Effectiveness in collaborative team environments.
- Experience in machine operations and pharmaceuticals is a plus.
