Associate Manufacturing Process Technician-NS

Join our team as an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, where you will engage in moderately complex to complex processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will play a critical role in the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials, ensuring compliance with procedures and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to procedures and batch records.
• Maintain routine upkeep and cleaning of equipment.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment efficiently.
• Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.
• Support internal operations, including stocking items, tracking inventory, and managing material movement.
• Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
• Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.
• Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.

• Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.
• Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Reliable work history and flexibility with work hours.
• Prior packaging experience in a regulated setting is a significant advantage.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-motivation.
• Effectiveness in collaborative team environments.
• Experience in machine operations and pharmaceuticals is a plus.

Work in a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as part of a larger team. The role involves working onsite in a 12-hour rotation shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
