Are you a detail-driven 3D CAD expert with a passion for turning complex designs into real-world solutions? We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the charge in transforming approved customer designs into precise, production-ready documentation. If you're looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where innovation and accuracy matterthis is the role for you.

What Youll Do
Translate customer-approved specifications into detailed fabrication documentsincluding assemblies, BOMs, and cut lists.
Use your CAD expertise (Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360 preferred) to produce high-quality technical drawings.
Lead product development efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Develop prototypes, functional mockups, and tooling solutions for new products.
Troubleshoot design and hardware compatibility issues to ensure seamless manufacturing.
Maintain highly organized files and documentation for efficient project execution.

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or product development setting.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software ideally Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex designs into practical deliverables.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the drive to work independently.
Positive, solutions-focused mindset and collaborative spirit.
