What You'll Be Doing
As ourPackaging Equipment Engineer, you'll be behind the scenes optimizing our high-speed filling lines and packaging systems. You'll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.
Eliminate downtime and boost productivity
Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives
Spearhead equipment selection and qualification
Track and report on improvement projects
Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
Support new product launches and capacity expansions
What We Need from You:
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred)
Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
