What you'll do

  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to fully understand customers' needs and then demonstrate how our solutions meet those needs.

  • Conduct how-to webinars to educate customers about new or important capabilities.

  • Assist sales in the completion of requests for proposal.

  • Manage sandbox trials for potential clients.

  • Improve upon Pre-salesstandard operating procedures and knowledge.

  • Communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with internal team members, executive stakeholders, and external audiences.

  • Participate in 1-3 trade shows annually.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of sales engineering, software implementation or technical administration within IT Service Management (required).

  • Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong work ethic and persistence are imperative to being successful within this role.

  • Documented history of success in software/technology sales engineering or implementation.

  • Demonstrable understanding of the fundamentals of service management, project and portfolio management, application integrations, and/or asset and software management processes.

  • Experience presenting via the web or in person.

To go the extra step

  • Prior experience working with the TeamDynamix platform.

  • Prior experience as a system administrator of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and/or Conversational AI (CAI) platforms.

  • Prior experience working within IT Operations (e.g., Service Desk, Desk Side Support, Application Administration).

  • ITIL certification.

  • PMP certification.

What does this role pay?

  • The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $100,000 plus a variable incentive.
