The Opportunity:

The Navys mission is to provide rapid capability enhancements for tactical mission operations. On the funded program, CACI and its teammates will utilize its industry-leading software development and electromagnetic spectrum capabilities to develop and deploy the Navys next-generation shipboard signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic warfare (EW), and information operations (IO) weapon systems. CACIs open-architecture approach will provide the Navy with cutting edge tools and capabilities enabled by continuous software enhancement to support the Navys desire for rapid, informed, and accurate decision-making.

  • Work on state-of-the-art technologies for sea-based systems.
  • Apply techniques of analog and digital circuit design.
  • Investigate, design, and apply product development process.
  • Perform basic research, testing/debugging, performance validation, quality control and deployment.
  • Support test fixture development with the use of the latest electronic and mechanical CAD software and pcb fabrication.
  • Immersion and growth in aspects of circuit design and pcb development.
  • Perform fundamental investigation(s), evaluation(s), application(s), and design implementation(s) of new and diverse technologies across multiple applications.
  • Work with highly motivated technical teammates consisting of software and hardware developers and be responsible for digital circuit design.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for simulating, validating system requirements, designing schematic and layout, and testing analog and digital circuit boards.
  • Responsible for Test, Verification and Validation of fabricated pcbs utilizing benchtop equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and peers assigned to projects in cross disciplined engineering fields.
  • Knowledge or experience with design and manufacturing process of pcb circuits.
  • Able to troubleshoot circuits.
  • Perform all functional duties independently.
  • Design digital electrical designs, covering power supply design, communication protocols, etc.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BSEE and 3+ years analog/digital design experience.
  • Knowledge or experience digital design.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical circuits, such as power supply and digital circuit design.
  • Experience in the use of test equipment like oscilloscopes, digital multimeter, debuggers.
  • Able to design and support fabrication and assembly of PCBs containing surface mount and through-hole components.
  • There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment, you will be required to obtain a clearance.

Desired:

  • MSEE
  • Mentor and/or Altium experience.
  • Knowledge or experience with basic RF circuits.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,300-$129,700
