**Position Summary**
The Workforce Management Industrial Engineer will be responsible for assisting with the development of engineered labor standards. The individual will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, validating, and updating labor standards for all processes related to store and pharmacy labor.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills. In addition, the individual will work well both independently and as part of a larger team. They will interact with a wide range of process stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities include:
+ Build and maintain labor standards, including time and motion studies, process optimization, and process documentation
+ Conduct labor audits and time studies to validate and ensure the reasonableness and soundness of all implemented labor standards and update standards for changes in conditions
+ Assist in the development and implementation of processes and methods for labor forecasting, staffing, modeling performance reporting and tracking, and other ad-hoc reporting as required to support labor management
+ Partner with teams to facilitate ongoing efficiency improvements
+ Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager
+ Up to 10% travel may be required.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3+ years experience running labor standards in an equivalent capacity (retail labor experience a plus)
+ 3+ years experience in conducting Motion and Time Studies for the development of future engineered labor standards
+ 3+ years experience using StandardsPro
+ 3+ years experience with continuous improvement and capacity planning
+ MOST Certification or ability to complete certification after hire
+ Advanced level skills working with data in Microsoft Excel
+ Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
+ Proven ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and understanding potential barriers and next steps
+ Strong interpersonal skills, must communicate effectively with individuals at every level of the organization
+ Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
