- Lead projects improving automation, pneumatic systems, and industry best practices.
- 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills in pneumatics, vibration analysis, FEA, and GD&T.
- Ability to assess design risks and ensure safety compliance.
- Experience driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Office-based with shop-floor interactiontroubleshooting designs, confirming processes, and collaborating hands-on.
- Exposure to dynamic manufacturing settings, requiring safety precautions like glasses and safety-toe shoes.
- Work on industry-leading packaging machinery, shaping the future of engineering excellence.
