Seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead PCBA test development across the full product lifecycle. You'll create test fixtures, develop automation, resolve hardware issues, and partner with contract manufacturers and our hardware engineering teams. What You'll Do Own PCBA test strategy across EVT/DVT/PVT, ramp, and sustaining Define test coverage, limits, logging, and yield metrics Design and build ICT, FVT, burnin, FATP, and systemlevel test fixtures Develop scalable Pythonbased automated test software Deploy tests at contract manufacturers; train teams and drive improvements Provide DFT/DFM feedback in design reviews Maintain test plans, work instructions, golden unit strategy, and calibration procedures Use modern tools (including AIassisted workflows) for debug, log triage, and documentation Travel to supplier sites for NPI builds and line bringup Requirements BS in EE, CE, or related field 3+ years industry experience Strong Python skills for automation and hardware I/O Ability to interpret register maps and use HALs ECAD proficiency (Altium, Mentor, Cadence, etc.) Handson PCBA test development experience in production environments Strong hardware debug skills (scopes, DMMs, logic/protocol analyzers) Experience working with contract manufacturers Nice to Have FPGA prototyping or basic RTL familiarity C/C++ experience for embedded firmware Highspeed digital debug experience (SERDES, clocking, SI/PI) SolidWorks experience
