Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting cross-functional production and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional leadership which will align successfully in the organization.

Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Lead manufacturing process development and optimization for fabrication and assembly operations in a production environment
Drive capital equipment selection, justification, and implementation (CapEx projects)
Implement automation, robotics, and digital factory initiatives (MES, IIoT, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Own and execute manufacturing projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to improve quality, throughput, and cost

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
5+ years of hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment (not primarily quality-focused roles)
Proven experience leading manufacturing projects (process design, equipment implementation, or line optimization)
Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies
Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
