Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell, API integration, and data visualization and a proven ability to build scalable data pipelines, automate workflows, and deliver integrated solutions across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and structured or unstructured sources.
  • Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell.
  • Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and SOAP API connections for data ingestion and operational processes.
  • Perform data cleansing, manipulation, and merging across multiple datasets for analytics and reporting.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with architecture, analytics, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, code repositories, and operational runbooks.
  • Lead solution design discussions and support proof of concepts for complex solution engineering.
  • Ensure integrations are modular, secure, performant, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Conduct design reviews to meet non-functional requirements, including usability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with governance standards.
  • Support impact assessments during intake to determine scope for Workforce Optimization Services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on programming with Python, Java, and PowerShell for data processing and automation.
  • Experience integrating REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication and payload manipulation.
  • Background in ETL/ELT and data integration across multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with enterprise code frameworks, version control, and CI/CD.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, or operational data stores.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, or on-prem enterprise data environments.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Background in Voice Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, or Robotics automation.
  • Solution engineering experience in call center technologies.
  • NICE platform expertise (primary skill). Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon/Korbyt Wallboards. Comparable vendor experience is acceptable.

Work Arrangement & Process:

  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week. Onsite from day 1.
  • Target start in June or July. Two interview rounds via video.
  • Glider assessment for ID verification may be required.
