The Sr Sales Representative will be focusing on Honeywells hospitality brand, INNCOM and Onity. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Sales Manager and be tasked with developing and implementing strategies and tactics around our guestroom automation solutions. This is a revenue generating position intended to identify and capitalize on opportunities. You would collaborate with key decision makers to help expand our market share while driving growth & profitability. The position is focused on developing and maintaining close relationships.

The position will work with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and Product Marketing to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions to the market. It will require a high degree of interface externally with customers, partners, competitors and a thorough understanding of technological trends, regulatory changes, and trade group initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop, build, and maintain strong business relationships with key executives in ownership/management groups, consultants, engineers, and contractors

+ Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand usage of Honeywells INNCOM and Onity platforms

+ Identify, qualify and lead the sales cycle to close

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute integration initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, develop and communicate final recommendations/proposals

+ Generate a pipeline of business to increase revenue performance and profitability

+ Ability to travel 30% of the time within the assigned territory-Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales

+ Valid Drivers License

+ Ability to travel 30% Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

+ Must be a US citizen
