Core Responsibilities

• Support global CMMS/CAMS deployment and maintenance process standardization across manufacturing sites.
• Assess current maintenance practices and identify gaps to future-state processes.
• Act as CMMS/EAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) during system implementation and adoption.
• Support maintenance work management lifecycle:
  • Work Identification
  • Planning
  • Scheduling
  • Execution
  • Close-Out
• Support data migration, asset structures, maintenance plans, and master data validation.
• Provide training reinforcement, coaching, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption across Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams.
• Support continuous improvement, reliability, and asset management initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years (or Advanced Degree + 2 years) in Maintenance, Equipment, Manufacturing, Reliability, or related Engineering field.
• Strong experience with:
  • CMMS / EAM Systems
  • Maintenance Work Management
  • Preventive Maintenance Programs
  • Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Reliability Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing/operations environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading projects and working in cross-functional environments.
