Engineer Product I - Product Verification & Validation

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Planning and Reliability Engineer in the Product Verification & Validation (PVV) Department. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Technical experience with development and/or verification testing of products.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Demonstration of being a self-directed individual with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present technical information using practical judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

• Experience with data analysis and/or product verification/validation testing.
• Knowledge of Riding Lawn Equipment and their applications.
• Experience with systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).

• Develop and execute test plans and processes for the Riding Lawn Equipment PVV Department.
• Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity.
• Lead and execute comprehensive PV&V plans encompassing virtual analysis, laboratory testing, and field validation.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work done by PV&V engineers, lab technicians, and mechanics for evaluation of machine performance/reliability to product specifications.
• Provide technical support to marketing, product engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply management functional areas.
