Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain test stations for product validation, defining appropriate hardware, software, and procedures.
- Execute and refine test cases to assess performance, functionality, and scalability, identifying inconsistencies and recommending design or process adjustments.
- Investigate hardware failures during development or production, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and supporting corrective action implementation.
- Participate in product transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing, translating engineering specifications into operational guidance, and supporting ramp-up through documentation, feedback, and troubleshooting.
- Produce detailed reports on test outcomes, debug findings, and engineering support activities, maintaining thorough documentation for traceability and future reference.
- Provide hands-on support for cross-functional teams by addressing hardware-related issues during testing, pilot builds, or production runs.
Essential Skills
- Solid and practical foundation in electronics and hardware system integration.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related
- Working knowledge of server systems, including hardware components and diagnostic procedures.
- Familiarity with hardware such as network switches, power distribution systems, and personal computing devices.
- Understanding of computer hardware architecture, including experience with PCI-e, USB, and system buses.
- Proficiency with test and measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), and soldering/rework equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with or troubleshooting hardware systems.
- Capability to assist in hardware integration or troubleshooting.
