Install, configure, and support network infrastructure for kiosk/POS (Point of Sale) systems. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (Windows/Linux, embedded systems) to ensure system availability. 3. Monitor network performance, identify potential failures, and implement preventative maintenance measures. 4. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution. 5. Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages. 6. Maintain system configurations, network databases, and technical documentation in CRM/knowledge base systems. 7. Provide technical training and support to clients on system operation and maintenance.
