Pay Rate of the Senior Mechanical Engineer: $110,000 - $125,000 Responsibilities of the Senior Mechanical Engineer: Lead the design and execution of complex and custom assembly projects from concept through production. Develop advanced system layouts and designs that meet customer specifications and manufacturing constraints. Ensure alignment across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to meet project requirements. Identify and resolve technical, manufacturability, and supply chain challenges proactively. Review and approve drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness. Qualifications of the Senior Mechanical Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required. 5-8 years of relevant experience in application engineering, design, or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or major project components. Advanced proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and system design.
