Sr. Engineering Manager of Openings: 1 Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in one of the posting locations below. In this role you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of process piping systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in the semiconductor industry. Posting Locations for this role: Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT What You'll Do: + Manage the design and development of process piping systems for various projects + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success + Provide technical guidance and support to team members + Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets + Identify and mitigate project risks + Ensure timely completion of projects + Perform site visits, client meetings, and coordination with the project team. What You'll Need: + Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field required + 10+ years of engineering work experience + Design experience of Process systems including ultrapure water, wastewater, specialty gas, specialty chemical and process mechanical systems such as process cooling water, compressed air and vacuum systems. + Design experience of Mechanical systems including HVAC , chillers, boilers, plumbing, and exhaust systems required + Experience with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and Sequence of Operations ( SOO ) + Semiconductor process knowledge working with wafer facilities + Professional Engineering License (PE), strongly preferred + General knowledge of Word, Excel, Acrobat and Outlook + Experience with Revit and AutoCAD required + Ability to work on several projects simultaneously + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills + Able to work in a team environment + Attention to details + Encourages and supports a safety-oriented culture + Positive work ethic + Ability to travel + 401(k) with 100% Company Match up to 5% + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Plans + Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts + Short & Long-Term Disability + Maternity and Paternity Leave + Professional Development and Training + Mentoring Program + Paid Time Off + Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements + Pet Insurance Plan Statement on Diversity and Inclusion Farnsworth Group is a collection of employees with unique backgrounds and perspectives that all come together to make us a better Company.
