We are seeking a Product Lead Engineer to drive the end-to-end technical strategy and engineering execution for ServiceNow-based HRSD and Procurement (Source-to-Pay) solutions. This role serves as both a technical visionary and hands-on leader , guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Ownership & Architecture
- Define and maintain technical architecture, engineering roadmap, and platform strategy for ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and technology frameworks.
- Evaluate and select optimal design solutions across ServiceNow modules (HRSD, Procurement, Workflow, Integrations).
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into ServiceNow capabilities.
- Provide hands-on leadership across:
- Solution design
- Code reviews
- Configuration best practices
- Performance optimization
- Troubleshoot complex issues across HRSD, Procurement, integrations (MID Server, APIs, data models).
- Drive adoption of scalable, secure, and modular engineering practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise platform teams leveraging shared capabilities (Integration Hub, Flow Designer, HR and Procurement workflows).
- Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders including vendors, architects, and business leaders.
- Manage technical backlog prioritization, dependencies, and risks.
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
- Lead POCs, research initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain technical catalogs, integrations, and compliance with governance standards.

- Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD , including:
- Case Management
- Employee Center
- Knowledge Management
- HR Workflows
- Lifecycle Events
- Role-based security
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Procurement / Source-to-Pay (S2P) :
- Request workflows
- Vendor interactions
- Approval processes
- Experience with:
- Integration Hub
- Flow Designer
- Script Includes
- Scoped Applications
- API integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with platform standards, reusable components, and governance.
- Understanding of enterprise processes across HR, Procurement, Compliance, IAM, and ITSM.
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams or squads.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and drive high-performance engineering culture.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience re-engineering business processes.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to manage complex requirements.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow scripting, business rules, UI policies
- Third-party integrations
- ITIL principles and best practices
