The Industrial Engineering Technician holds the primary responsibility of supporting
engineering and operions teams in optimizing production processes, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candide will have experience in industrial engineering principles, da analysis, and process improvement methodologies .
Compension & Benefits:
Estimed Starting Salary Range for Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician: $90,000 - $110,000
Pay commensure with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice .
Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production da to identify trends and recommend operional improvements.
- Support the development and implemention of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and other efficiency-driven initiives.
- Collabore with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve operional challenges.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documention, and standard opering procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal workforce utilizion.
- Assist in cost estimion, budgeting, and merial requirements planning (MRP).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulions and industry standards.
- Provide technical support for automion and process control systems.
- Support quality control initiives by identifying defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Performs other duties as required.
Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician Experience, Educion, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Associes or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reled field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in da analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimizion methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizional skills.
- Excellent communicion and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
