Position Summary:
We are seeking a Utility Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of utility infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for developing engineering solutions, conducting technical analysis, and supporting project delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility design or project construction design and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop utility systems, components, and engineering solutions based on project requirements and specifications.
- Perform technical analysis, testing, and evaluations to ensure functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, field personnel, and stakeholders to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering reports, drawings, and design packages.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and design-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Support project schedules, deliverables, and coordination efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
- 2–4 years of experience in utility design, infrastructure engineering, or related project construction design.
- Experience supporting engineering projects in utility, civil, electrical, or infrastructure environments preferred.
