  • Managing small to large scale projects to achieve timely improvements to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics.
  • Drive facilitys lean culture by supporting business process improvements through Continuous Improvement events.
  • Assess and eliminate safety risks in the manufacturing environment and drive improvements to ergonomics throughout the production process.
  • Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finished product.
  • Improve product quality by building quality control and mistake-proofing into the manufacturing process.
  • Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, improved material utilization, reduced defect rates
  • Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook; & AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
