Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Work closely with engineering test and design teams to create test programs with test limits supporting datasheet coverage and robust test results
  • Develop solutions to yield and quality problems, pre- and post-production
  • Drive design-for-test and manufacturability, and quality improvement through PPM reduction
  • Drive product characterization and qualification planning, testing, and analysis including corner lot planning
  • Monitor new product qualifications, perform read-point drift/shift analysis, and provide dispositions for failures
  • Focal point for front- and back-end process issues, lot dispositions, and low yield investigation
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues requiring in-depth product knowledge and drive failure analysis
  • Travel up to 10% (domestic and International)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • BSEE with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • In depth knowledge of mixed signal electronic products and processes. Knowledge of digital multi-phase controllers and power-stage products a plus
  • Fundamental understanding of product design implementation and NPI milestones
  • Knowledge of silicon product manufacturing process, including wafer fabrication, wafer probe testing, device assembly, and final electrical testing as they pertain to meeting datasheet specifications, yields, and PPM
  • Knowledge of package and device level reliability stresses and the associated failures
  • Ability to understand application conditions and datasheet specifications and how they are related to the automated test program
  • Experience with Synopsis Silicon. da, Galaxy Examinator and/or JMPdata analysis tools are strongly desired
  • Experience with V93K, Teradyne (Eagle) ETS and/or J750 test platforms is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Proven self-starter

Minimum of $146,480.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $201,410.00 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
