Job Summary:
Fabricate Electrical test equipment using Schematics, Wire Lists, Written and Verbal instructions. Ability to validate wiring point to point connections using Schematics and/or Wire Lists.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Review Assembly information with the Design Engineer to ensure that the latest revision of any wire list and/or schematics is present in the Assembly packet.
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Mechanically assemble Simple to complex mechanical assemblies using 3D Solid Models.
- Inspect assigned test equipment assembly kit for completeness of material, identify and note any shortages. Notify the Cognizant Project Manager of any discrepancies.
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
- Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience preferred.
- J-STD-001, IPC610 or IPC620 certification a plus but not required.
