Job Description:

The Role:

OurBedford, MAsite is hiring aManufacturing Technician for2ndshift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)to joinour ESC Operations team.ThisHands-onrole involvesassembly, operating HiVacmetal sputtering(PVD) andPECVDequipment, as well as wet Etch operationsused in the manufacturingofEChucksand other coated products.This role also will require using metrology equipment such as microscopes to monitor product quality.Idealcandidatesshould have strong attention to detail, be comfortable workingin aclean roomor controlled environment, and willing to cross train in multiple areas to supportchanging business needs.

What You'll Do:

Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.

Maintain a clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities.

Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.

Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspectionand other productiondatain Camline.

Actively participate in shiftpass downsfor communication regarding safety, quality and production priorities.

Follow work instructionsand fill out work orders and other documentation as required.

Performpartassembly,wet etchoperations

Operatevacuum and other processing equipment

Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment

Inspectpartsvisually and with metrology toolssuch as automated microscopesaccording to quality procedures.

Perform periodic tool refreshand basic equipment maintenance tasksper run schedules.

Clean fixturesand parts as needed.

Updatepass downnotes to ensure following as required to complete the job successfully.

Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.

Adhere and promote Entegris PACE Values.

Perform overtime when required.

What We Seek:

High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)

Minimum of1yrmanufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)

Able to work2ndShift and Overtimeincluding weekendswhen needed.

Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPA,Acetone, HCL)

Fluency in English isrequiredfor training purposes.

Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.

Ability to work ina cleanroom.

Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)

Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

Machine operation experience

Able to train on1stor 2ndshift for three months.

Enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.
