You will report to the Rotating and Reliability Supervisor within the Maintenance department. The Rotating Engineer is responsible for providing machinery engineering and field support for the Courtright manufacturing site.
In this role, you will undertake ownership of rotating equipment, working to optimize manufacturing equipment performance. You will work closely with the capital project and maintenance team members, providing technical direction and guidance regarding safe design and mechanical integrity to drive reliability improvements.

You will report to the Rotating and Reliability Supervisor within the Maintenance department. The Rotating Engineer is responsible forproviding machinery engineering and field support for the Courtright manufacturing site.
In this role, youwill undertake ownership of rotating equipment, working tooptimizemanufacturing equipment performance. You will work closely with the capital project and maintenance team members, providing technical direction and guidanceregardingsafe design and mechanicalintegrity to drive reliability improvements.
You will:
Actively support andparticipate in all Environment, Health and Safety initiatives and activities; Promotes EH&S programs and ensure compliance within theRotating and Reliabilitygroup.
Critically review design details to ensure proposed equipment will meet process requirements and will provide a high level of reliability.
Performtechnical evaluations of existing equipment,monitoringperformance, investigating problems, and recommending improvements; as well as being the lead on machinery repairsandoverhauls.
Provideadvice on machinery performance, overhaul frequency and planning, and workstandards;
TheRotatingEngineer, in the execution of major capital improvement projects, will work closely with vendors, consultants and contacts both inside and outside the company tomaintaineffective project execution.
Support andbe an activeparticipant intheinitiativesofContinuous Improvementthrough teamwork, and the application of Quality Planning and Improvement Principles to the routine performance of duties.
Coordinates and effectively communicates with the Engineering and Maintenance Departments to promote goodteamworkand enhance project development and execution.
You Have:
BS degree in Mechanical Engineeringwith P.Engdesignation, withminimum5-10years' experience related toRotating Equipmentengineering in an industrial plant within-depth knowledge of compressors (reciprocating and centrifugal), pumps, fans/blowers, large industrialmotorsand steam turbines.Previousmechanical exposure in a continuous chemical production or refinery environment will be an asset.
Knowledge of Rotating Equipment Standards (API 610, 611, 617, 682,687etc.)
Commitment to process safety as the embodiment of corporate culture,responsibilityand accountability

Salary
The estimated base pay for this position is typicallybetween $121,700.00 and$152,700.00.
The actualbasepay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, andthe scope of the role, and may be outsidethe posted pay range.
