KPMG is currently seeking a Technical Director in Accounting Advisory Services for our Deal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide client-focused accounting advisory assistance on transactions involving consolidation, stock compensation, leasing, and other topics
Lead the education and development team of associates to managers around similar technical accounting topics
Partner with our broader engagement transactions on mergers and acquisitions, sell-side transactions, and capital market transactions on technical accounting matters in these areas
Assist our KPMG audit engagement teams with technical review and audit over transactions in similar technical accounting topics
Identify and build long-term business relationships with new target clients and key executives
Lead the education and development of a team of Accounting Advisory resources through formalized education and client service opportunities
Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience with a public accounting firm, advisory services firm, or a large multinational organization conducting financial audit or corporate accounting
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field is required; licensed CPA or CPA equivalent... For full info follow application link.
