We are seeking a candidate to support the hardware, software, and network infrastructure required for these development operations. The Vision Systems Engineer I will support the preventi on of quality issues in advance and maximize output (yield, OEE) by establishing an inspection system, managing inspection equipment maintenance, improving inspection equipment performance, and introducing new equipment. Job Responsibility : Perform a stand-alone vision controller by using various inspection logic Perform PC based inspection program developed by the vendor that uses various inspection logic Responsible for incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and documentation Commission vision cameras for 2D/3D part inspection, and process control Train and equip the Quality Team to support vision systems after deployment into production Establish vision systems test plans Document control system and equipment configuration changes Apply inspection method to troubleshoot various statuses (I/O boards, encoder, light controller, modules, and devices) Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company Ensure compliance with all E HS safety programs, policies, and procedures Working schedule can be changed - Daytime or Nighttime Communicating technical issues arising from work with clients (all) Proceed and manage the approval process for weekend/holiday overtime schedules (all) Communication and meeting support (weekday nights, weekends) Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Chemical, Industrial, information system, information science, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related) Industrial Maintenance Journeyman's certificate or equivalent preferred Understanding of Production and Processing equipment1 -5+ Years Industrial Maintenance Experience preferred Direct, coordinate, lead, and mentor the activities of team members.
