In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects. Role: Senior Project Manager Manage on site engineering team of 20 dealing with construction administration (AE Services during construction) The team are responsible but not limited to the following deliverables: Field Observations: - Ensuring timely preparation of FORs - Maintaining and reporting out on FOR metrics - Categorizing FORs (severity level) - Set up weekly walks with Client DV - (Design Verification) including: Maintaining the DV workflow Maintaining and reporting out on DV metrics Administration: Up to date Escalation Matrix - Workflow for field request Site Logistics / Resources Site PPE stock - Ordering / Requesting Site Team Training needs Site Team Safety Safety Metrics and Reporting Support of Home Office SDC needs: - Field work (tape measures / photos etc.) - Preparation of Assignment Letters - GBS (In country vs Expat) - Site Team Health Champion - General Contractor and Owner Site Representative - Ensuring team provides accurate availability (dates/times) in JCAST - Ensuring prompt action by the field SDC team in response to DV requests Location - Dholera , India Here's what you'll need Qualification - BE Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Experience- 15 years + #LI-SK1 At Jacobs we value people.
