We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality aerospace components. Your Contribution As a Design Engineer, you will be at the heart of product development, transforming technical requirements into robust, manufacturable designs. You will work in close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize product designs using CAD tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or Inventor Partner with customer engineering teams to define and refine product requirements Create and maintain detailed drawings and assembly documentation for production Design test fixtures, jigs, and qualification equipment to support product validation Manage product data and design changes using PLM systems and configuration management processes Perform engineering calculations and detailed layouts to ensure design integrity Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to ensure smooth industrialization Drive continuous improvement through design optimization and problem-solving initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing environments Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, Inventor, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with solid mathematical foundations Knowledge of engineering standards, materials, and industrial processes Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
