AI, Principal Engineer

Job Description: Develop algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in product and systems applications. Design and develop scalable, modular solutions and deployment architectures to transform data that promote reuse and are easily integrated into our diverse product suite. Incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities into the platform to facilitate smarter workflows and predictive analytics. Enhance our CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and incorporate user feedback into the platform's development. Establish best practices for using software, including microservices, serverless computing, and API-first strategies. Use Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies to develop containerization and orchestration methods. 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in object-oriented software design. (Alternative Education & Experience Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in object-oriented software design.) Education or experience must include: 1. Java, GO, and Python; 2. Docker and Kubernetes; 3. AWS, Azure, and GCP; 4. Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform or Bicep; 5. Databases: Big Query, PostgreSQL, Oracle 11g, SQL, and MySQL; 6. GenAI development using Fast API and Fast MCP Python Framework; 7. Security domain knowledge; 8. Visual Studio (VS) Code, Visual Source Safe (VSS), Git, JIRA, and Postman.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $210,000 to $287,000 per year. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
