Manufacturing Engineering Technician Needed ASAP!

Kelly Services is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to work on site within a climate-controlled warehouse, servicing a premiere company located in Georgetown, TX 78628. Resume required.

Shift:  7:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate:  $24.00/hr (Paid Weekly!!!)

A leading U.S. server manufacturing facility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient, high-quality operations and supports new product introductions, ramp-up periods, and high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

	
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
  
  	

• Set up, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling
  
  	

• Assist with installation, validation, and qualification of new equipment and processes
  
  	

• Support process improvements, Lean initiatives, and data collection
  
  	

• Ensure all procedures comply with safety and quality standards
  
  	

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and workflow optimization
  
  

Qualifications:

	
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
  	

• 2–5 years in a manufacturing or engineering technician role (electronics/server manufacturing preferred)
  
  	

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
  
  	

• Experience with equipment maintenance, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
