Over 1418 months , youll rotate through 34 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

  • Baltimore, MD

What Youll Do

You wont be watching from the sidelines; this is hands-on from day one.

  • Rotate across engineering, operations, product development, and more

  • Work on real projects that make a measurable impact

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges

  • Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts

  • Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

  • Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting

What You Bring

Were looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)

  • Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering

  • Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations

  • Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact

  • Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement

  • Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)

  • Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems

  • Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies

  • Internship or Co-op experience is a plus

  • Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*

  • Valid passport for international travel

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
