We are looking to fill 2 openings with a skilled Industrial Engineer supporting the F-35 manufacturing team (open roles on the Final Assembly and EMAS: Electronic Mate & Alignment System teams).

This role will be responsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions in the F-35 Final Assembly or EMAS area in shop floor support and by analyzing and developing production plans, creating and monitoring production health metrics, and continuous improvement activities.

Individual will strive to enhance all production related activities through the use of automation techniques and a variety of software. Individual may have opportunities to perform as project manager. Will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles in industry, which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning

Experience with Microsoft Tools Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates)

Experience with data analysis & database operations (Statistical process control, SQL, Tableau, data mining, strong Excel skills, etc.)

Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

Experience working with business objects (BO) and
enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

Experience with analytical and project planning tools
and software, including MS Office Suite of tools

Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt,
PDCA, etc.)
