Job Requirements Associate degree in engineering, drafting, or related discipline 3+ years of industry experience preferred Experience with 3D modeling software Experience performing engineering calculations Experience with design for manufacturability Ability to perform stress analysis preferred Mechanical aptitude with ability to solve technical problems using mathematical processes Experience creating drawings and build prints Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to pass drug screen and background check Preferred Skills 2+ years of Creo experience SolidWorks or other 3D CAD experience Experience designing lifting devices, tooling, fixtures, or related mechanical equipment Experience in agricultural or industrial fields Experience preparing client presentations Experience tracking project design, timelines, and financials Experience coordinating with sales teams to support job quotes Prior experience with John Deere or related agricultural equipment environments Job Responsibilities Use Creo to design lifting devices and other tooling based on client needs Create drawings and build prints that meet client standards Perform engineering calculations to support design decisions Support stress analysis and design validation activities Apply design for manufacturability principles to new and existing designs Prepare and deliver client presentations in person or through virtual meetings Track assigned project details, including design status, timeline, and financials Coordinate with sales teams to quote job opportunities Review project requirements and develop mechanical design solutions Update designs, drawings, and documentation as project requirements change Pay: 25-42/hr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
