Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical systems from concept through production support. The role ensures products meet requirements for performance, cost, quality, manufacturability, and compliance. Responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation; supporting new product development and continuous improvement projects; conducting feasibility and risk analysis; and resolving production and product issues. The role also collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams and supports supplier and design reviews. Requirements include 5-10 years of manufacturing or mechanical engineering support experience, knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes, and familiarity with CAD/PLM tools. APQP experience (DFMEA, control plans, feasibility studies) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
