Primary Skills: Adobe CJA/AA- Expert, Strategic Account Management-Expert, Executive Communication-Expert, Technical Problem Solving-Advanced, Cloud Solution Adoption- Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Duration: 2+ Months with possible extension Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid) Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This role requires a seasoned technical professional to manage key enterprise client relationships for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor, ensuring operational health and driving adoption of new features. Success hinges on building deep client trust through proactive guidance, technical problem resolution, and strategic business alignment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the central technical point of contact and ensure high customer satisfaction for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure optimal customer operational health and investment realization. Collaborate internally with Adobe teams to resolve technical inquiries, issues, and requests impacting clients. Analyze customer environments and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities. Must Have Skills: Deep functional knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly CJA and AA. Exceptional customer-facing and executive-level communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex technical challenges and drive resolutions. Domain/Industry Experience: Marketing Technology, Enterprise Software Solutions.
