You'll collaborate with diverse teams, tackle complex challenges, and see your work come to life in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Analytics & ModelingApply industrial engineering methods such as capacity analysis, queuing theory, forecasting, and optimization to solve operational challengesDevelop and maintain analytical models to support labor planning, demand forecasting, and operational decision-makingIdentify root causes of performance gaps and translate findings into actionable recommendationsField Studies & Data CollectionConduct on-site observational studies to evaluate processes, guest flow, and operational performanceCollect and analyze time studies, throughput data, and other operational metricsSynthesize field insights with data analysis to drive practical, implementable solutionsWorkforce ManagementSupport development of labor models, staffing strategies, and scheduling analyticsEvaluate opportunities to improve labor utilization and operational efficiencyContribute to workforce management tools and planning processesTools, Reporting & AutomationExtract and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and PythonBuild dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and performance trendsSupport automation efforts to streamline workflows and improve data accuracyStakeholder CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to implement process improvementsCommunicate insights and recommendations through clear presentations and data storytellingSupport development of business cases for initiatives presented to senior leadershipQualificationsBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations analysis, or a related analytical roleExperience conducting field studies and analyzing operational dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insightsProficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasetsExperience with data querying or programming tools such as SQL or PythonExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related fieldExperience in theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or other high-volume operationsFamiliarity with workforce management, labor planning, or forecasting methodologiesExperience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or AzureExperience applying Lean or Six Sigma principlesAdditional Requirements:Hybrid: Hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.
