Electrical Engineer

In this role, you will:
Design and develop vehicle electrical and electronic (E/E) systems using sound engineering principles
Collaborate with global, cross functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, customer support, and suppliers)
Build and integrate prototype vehicle electrical systems while learning hands on vehicle diagnostics, software bring up, and system troubleshooting
Contribute to new product development, sustaining engineering, production support, and field support activities

Required:
One year of experience or equivalent exposure through internships, co-ops, or academic projects related to the design of electrical systems or embedded systems
Experience using design automation, CAD, Creo, Catia and software development tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Exposure to vehicle electrical systems such as diesel engines, hydraulics, x by wire systems, and in-vehicle communication
Proficiency with electronic development and diagnostic tools (schematic capture, 3D CAD, and debugging)
Knowledge of EMC design and application guidelines for vehicle electrical system compliance
Experience with 60V vehicle architectures and electrification components

Education Details:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Automotive Engineering

1st shift: Flexible 7-4 or 8-5. 4 days in the office and 1 remote.
