Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday

Bring to the Table

High school diploma or GED required

Vocational or technical training preferred

Minimum 6 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience

Experience in automated heavy manufacturing environments required

Strong knowledge of:

PLCs and ladder logic

Single-phase and three-phase motor controls

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair

Welding and industrial piping systems

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and automated systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment failures

Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, multi-meters, ammeters, and diagnostic tools

Support PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting for Allen-Bradley SLC-500, MicroLogix, and ControlLogix systems

Install, modify, relocate, and fine-tune manufacturing equipment and production machinery

Maintain power transmission systems including gearboxes, belts, sprockets, and motors

Perform pipe fitting, threading, soldering, and Arc/TIG welding as needed

Document maintenance activities and work orders using CMMS systems

Work closely with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams on equipment upgrades and repairs

Follow all environmental, safety, and hazardous material handling procedures
