Industrial Engineer

What you'll do

• Govern and maintain manufacturing master data (routings, work centers, standard times) in ERP and MES systems
• Develop and optimize routing structures that reflect real shopfloor processes
• Conduct time studies (e.g. REFA, MTM) and define standard times for costing, planning, and performance tracking
• Build capacity and workforce models aligned with demand and production plans
• Identify bottlenecks and support balanced, feasible production schedules
• Support MES integration (MDC, PDC, APS) to enable datadriven manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain

What you bring

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, ideally in an engineeredtoorder environment
• Strong understanding of ERP (SAP preferred), MES systems, and capacity planning
• Knowledge of work measurement methodologies (REFA, MTM, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
