Description

We are seeking a CAD Designer to provide CAD support for the design and development of new products and product improvements. This role focuses on mechanical design, 3D modeling, PLM data management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing objectives.

Pay Rate: $45-$55 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Design components and mechanical assemblies to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing requirements

Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software

Manage PLM data, dataset releases, and Bills of Materials

Support compliance with customer engineering specifications and DVP&R activities

Design tools, fixtures, and equipment to support testing lab needs

Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Graphics Technology, or equivalent experience

3+ years of CAD design experience; automotive experience preferred

Proficiency in CATIA V5 and PLM tools (Teamcenter or Oracle PLM)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

German language skills a plus

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
