This is a Manufacturing Engineer Sr position on the Production Engineering (PE) F-35 Strategic Corrective Action (SCA) team in Fort Worth, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing
You will help identify and implement improvement opportunities, designing and developing creative solutions to optimize processes.
This role requires a proactive, self starter that can analyze defect data for process trends and collaborate cross-functionally with build team stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining complex cause maps and corrective action plans that impact processes across the program.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. - Bachelors degree or higher , in an Engineering, Manufacturing or other Technical field
- Demonstrated experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Operations Engineering, Design Engineering or other related discipline.
- Ability to apply structured root cause analysis techniques and corrective action plans
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principles- Prior experience on F-35 or other military aircraft
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, SFM, ICA, Product Data Manager (PDM) and other LM Aero systems.
