Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering technical solutions within industrial and chemical applications.

Location: Fully Remote

Territory: Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas

Travel: 75–100% within the assigned territory

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 – $110,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $225,000+

What You’ll Do



    	

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new accounts

    	

  • Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue and margin targets

    	

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers

    	

  • Identify customer challenges and deliver technical solutions

    	

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and drive consistent growth

    	

  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits and service follow-ups

    	

  • Partner internally on pricing, onboarding, and account support



What We’re Looking For



    	

  • 5+ years of technical, industrial, or chemical sales experience

    	

  • Proven ability to grow a territory and close business

    	

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    	

  • Comfortable in a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role

    	

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science or Engineering a plus)
