PLC Technician Job Description Join our team as a PLC Technician, where you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance in a dynamic manufacturing facility. This role involves working with PLC, VFD, 480 V systems, as well as tasks like pulling wire and terminating. The position is predominantly mechanical (80%) with some electrical responsibilities (20%). Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Troubleshoot and program PLC systems, with a focus on Allen-Bradley systems. Handle industrial maintenance tasks including robotics and automation support. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Utilize expert-level electrical experience to solve complex issues. Engage in mechanical work, including welding, as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley systems. Experience in industrial maintenance and automation. Expert-level electrical experience and troubleshooting skills. Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications Welding experience is beneficial. Experience in preventative maintenance is an advantage. Why Work Here?
